PRODUCT FEATURES
This solution combines a multi-louvred ventilator with a hinged base adaptor to provide both EN 12101-2 certified natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilation and practical roof access in a single unit. The base is manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminium and is available in single- or double-wall insulated options. Side opening can be manual (with gas springs) or electrically operated. The ventilator lid is supplied with various louvre and base configurations and includes a 24 Vdc motor as standard for daily ventilation and smoke exhaust.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Designed for roof installation, the unit is supplied as standard with an S5 flange for fixing to an upstand.
Alternative flange options are available on request.
MATERIALS
Manufactured from tempered aluminium (EN AW 5754) with excellent resistance to seawater and corrosion, the unit incorporates corrosion-resistant bearings and an integrated hydrophobic weather-sealing tape for enhanced durability and protection.
Note: Aluminium is supplied untreated as standard, with the option of electrostatic powder coating in any RAL colour.

Roof opening width: 900 – 1800 mm. Roof opening length: 966 – 2506 (11 louvres, max).
Note: some configurations need to be evaluated due to louvres’ materials.

ROOF ACCESS
Manual roof access, with latch.
OPENING ANGLE
Ventra individual adjustable from 0° up to 90°. Access roof hatch opening up to 90°.
CONTROLS
Operated by a 24 Vdc electric actuator for both daily ventilation and smoke exhaust ventilation, in compliance with EN 12101-2. For roof access, the unit opens sideways and can be operated manually with gas springs and an internally locking handle, or via a 24 Vdc electric system.
